This policy applies to orders within India only.


1. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for any return, replacement, or refund, a continuous unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must clearly show:

  • The courier package before opening

  • Shipping label details

  • Condition of the product inside

Important:
If an unboxing video is not provided, the request will be strictly rejected.


2. Return Request Timeframe

  • Return or complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Requests after 24 hours will not be accepted.


3. Conditions for Returns & Refunds

Returns/refunds are accepted only if:

  • Mandatory unboxing video is provided

  • Product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Product matches what was shipped

  • All tags, packaging, accessories are intact

  • Item is returned in original condition


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene & safety reasons, the following are non-returnable (unless damaged and proven via video):

  • Personal care products

  • Undergarments

  • Consumables


5. Damaged, Defective or Missing Items

Damaged / Defective Products

Share unboxing video clearly showing damage.
After verification, we will provide:

  • Replacement OR

  • Full refund

Missing Items

Report within 24 hours with unboxing video.
We will arrange reshipment or refund after verification.


6. Refund Timeline & Mode

  • After receiving returned item, inspection is done.

  • Refund approval/rejection will be notified.

If approved:

  • Refund processed within 7 business days.

  • Refund to original payment method.

  • COD orders refunded via Bank/UPI transfer.


7. Important Notes

  • Claims without unboxing video → Not accepted

  • Claims after 24 hours → Not accepted

  • Final decision is subject to Helo Cart verification
